It was his patience, pleasantness, and overall mannerism that helped me to know this company was the best choice for me. Also, let’s not forget the unbeatable price!!!! Outstanding job! Rochester Premier have replaced my full roof and were excellent from the beginning to the end! Cory at the time of the estimate gave me a thorough educational session on everything you need to know about roofs and roof replacements. He was very professional and eager to answer all my extensive questioning. He gave me a very competitive estimate that I accepted out of at least other 6-7 other estimates considering many factors. The roof replacement team completed the job in only two days. They were well organized and efficient.They removed and disposed the old roof impeccably protecting our property with care. They installed the new shingles flawlessly. They kept on updating us nicely throughout. The new roof looks beautiful! I will recommend them to friends and family without hesitation! I requested estimates from four companies, including Rochester Premier. They came in with the lowest price (by far) and the most professional and complete presentation. The roof was done on time with no delays - except on my part, and Cory was gracious and accommodating. The roof looks beautiful and well done. I highly recommend Rochester Premier. (Because my house sits on a hill, I’m not able to get photos from the front).

Update: Ever since the roof was completed Cory has always been available to answer my questions or come out and look into (showed up quickly) my concerns (nothing to do with the quality of work or craftsmanship - issue was with another part of the house). One in a million! Working with Cory, the entire process was simple and easy. He walked us through the entire process and laid out his pricing transparently. His crew was punctual each of the days on the job and did a thorough clean up routine every day! In the end our new roof was professionally installed and they even added value by painting our vents and chimney to cover up the rust. His pricing was fair and lower than most of the other quotes we received. I can't say enough to recommend giving them a call for courteous service, fair pricing, and expert work!
