The owner, Vlad came to do the estimate and we were impressed by his knowledgeability, professionalism, and commitment to quality craftsmanship. The job entailed removing two layers of roofing and they had an effective system to protect the house and landscaping. Cleanup into a utility trailer kept pace with the removal without requiring a heavy immovable rolloff in our driveway, minimizing the disruption in access to our driveway and garage. It was impressive that the owner was onsite for the entire job working alongside his crew. An example of Vlad’s attention to detail that reflects in the appearance of the end product was removing an unused furnace vent and refinishing the two remaining vent pipes. We were extremely pleased with two Sun Tubes installed to provide additional interior light. Vlad goes above and beyond to provide an excellent customer experience. We found ourselves in challenging situation needing an unplanned roof replacement, and right away during the quoting process I felt comfortable and confident in Vlad's assessment. He took the time to inspect the roof and attic and then discussed our options without coming across like a sales person. In addition to the roof replacement, he was able to accommodate the repair of a damaged overhang and then custom bend the flashing to match the original.I really appreciated the detail Vlad provided when describing what the job would entail, and while the quoted included potential added charges if additional plywood was needed, it was not needed as his initial assessment was spot on. I also loved his commitment to protect my young tomato plants and protect them he did!The quality of their work was phenomenal, including some of the details that we will barely see. In our attic, some of the decking boards needed to be replaced and the custom cut pieces were a perfect fit and look great.
