Horrible company. I had them replaced a complete roof and put a new skylight in . Five years later the skylight is leaking causing damage to the interior. I’ve called , I’ve messaged I’ve texted and no response. I heard they were out of business, but I’m not quite sure about that. They just act like they are.
If you are thinking about going with these guys please think again. The communication is terrible. It took them days to respond. They destroyed my front flower bed ( I was compensated) but they also destroyed my new driveway. Now when we signed the contract we asked and told them we wanted ply wood under the dumpster. That did not occur. They put whatever lumber they had laying around, then then dumpster sat for almost a week. So now my driveway has dents and the ground underneath shifted. The owner came out. He said he used to do driveways prior and "had a friend" that he would have come out. Shocker that has not occurred. No communication from them since that day. Hopefully my roof was installed properly at this point.Update 2.11.26To the owners response. No you did not provide photos of previous dents the driveway was new those spots appeared because the dumpster sat for a week and I had to contact them multiple times to remove it. Also the owner stated that he uses to be in the driveway business. We were never contacted. They did give a discount because we were so upset. As for the flower bed they tried to plant one plant and it died. So I stopped the process and did it myself and did get a discount for that.I firmly stand behind what I said. I am not happy with the work that was completed.
I have started working with Summit Exteriors to fix my house, which was affected by hail damage. They began replacing the roof and received the insurance check (for the complete house repairs), but now they are not responding to my requests to fix the rest of the damages in my house (siding, windows, and garage door). After they received the check from insurance, they have been ghosting me. Called and left messages several times, sometimes they sent a message saying that production will contact me, but it never happened.Updated on 2026-01-27I am still waiting for the door garage, siding and window replacement to be completed (see pictures), they completed only the roof and gutter replacement. The Summit Exterior is currently holding my remaining balance for these services, and they agreed to return this balance to me so I can hire another contractor to finish the remaining work. This agreement was made on November 17, 2025, with the general manager (Alex) and the owner of Summit Exterior (Andrew). As of today, I am still waiting to receive the check. Their justification is that they need to complete another project before they can release my money. Until I receive the remaining balance, I cannot consider the case closed with Summit or proceed with completing the project.
Summit Exteriors was excellent from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would, explained everything clearly, and the roof came out perfect. The crew worked fast, cleaned up thoroughly, and the house looks brand new.
Andrew and his team were outstanding. From getting the estimate, through the process with the insurance company, then the actual removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof. His install team was very knowledgeable and workmanship was second to none. They were very conscious of insuring cleanup was done daily and kept me informed throughout the process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Summit Exteriors.
