Ideal Property Solutions was amazing from the moment we sat down to discuss options. The contractor we dealt with was Cho. If you ever need anything, ask for Cho. Dan is the owner and will bend over backwards to make you a happy homeowner. I don't know much when it comes to painting exteriors, and the insurance did not cover my garage, so they told me some good tips on how to do it myself to saver more money. I'm very appreciative for the knowledge they shared on that. We went from a boring color of beige to an eye soothing gray/blue in a matter of 2 weeks. The roof was put on within 48 hours of signing papers. They work with your insurance company and find a way to make it so you pay very little out of pocket. Cho was a great guy to work with and needs to take more days off with the amount of time he puts in. I hope he reads this and takes a nice vacation! Great company and professional workers who did the roof and siding.
