I am very happy with the work that 5 Star did for me. From the bidding process to the finish they were straightforward, kept the committments they made, patiently answered my questions and supplied two workers that were skilled and efficient. I expect my new roof to last a ling time but if there are any needs I have in the future I would def call 5 Star again.
Im not sure how they would actually do in fixing a roof because I didnt hire them after receiving their ridiculous quote. I needed about 8 cement tiles replaced in my 2nd story. I already had all the supplies. They just had to show up and physically put them on. For this ultra small job, they quoted me $2800. I asked for a breakdown of what this entailed and they said labor, gas to drive out to my place and insurance. (Im about 20 minutes out of town) The very next quote i got was for $600. Obviously I hired themThe 600 covered the insurance, gas and labor of the fully bonded company. They showed up and had it fixed in about an hour. This other company wanted 2200 more! Unreal.

We discovered an active leak in our roof this year. After speaking to some neighbors, 5 Star Roofing was recommended. I telephoned them and they dispatched Brian (clearly experienced) right away. He thoroughly disassembled the suspected area, and after much detailed inspection, found the problem, and subsequent damage. He was able to make some temporary adjustments to block further damage from incoming rain. As soon as they were able, they came back and made all the necessary repairs. They were always timely, on budget, and the site was immaculate after the job. Plus, the office staff were communicative and helpful. Thank you.
