North West Fresh Roof

We had such a great experience working with John and North West Fresh Roof at our home in Loomis. Our roof had moss growth and staining and was starting to look worn out, and we were honestly concerned we might be facing a very expensive replacement. We interviewed another company before making a decision, but John stood out immediately because he took the time to actually inspect the roof and explain our options instead of trying to sell us something we didn't need. He walked us through the difference between roof cleaning and roof rejuvenation and showed us how we could extend the life of our shingles for a fraction of the cost of replacement. The roof wash removed years of moss and staining without damaging anything, and the rejuvenation treatment made an unbelievable difference. The roof honestly looks years newer and gives us peace of mind knowing it's protected moving forward. While they were here, we also had them clean our concrete driveway and walkways, and the before and after was amazing. Everything looks bright again and completely refreshed the appearance of our home. The crew was professional, respectful of our landscaping, and paid attention to every detail. Communication was excellent from scheduling through completion, and they showed up exactly when promised. If you live in Loomis or the surrounding area and are considering roof washing, moss removal, roof rejuvenation, or even concrete cleaning, I highly recommend North West Fresh Roof. Honest advice, great workmanship, and results that truly exceeded our expectations.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The process was clearly explained and all my questions were answered. There was no pressure to purchase, and was encouraged to do any independent research I wanted to do before purchasing the service. I would highly recommend that anyone thinking about a new roof contact North West Fresh Roof to see if their service would be an alternative option to extend the life of your roof.

My wife and I have admired the permanent lights that we've seen on other houses. When I saw that Govee (one of the manufacturers of these lights) had them on sale, my wife and I decided to look around and see who could install them. John Mogannam at North West Fresh Roof walked us thru the options and gave us great advise. We now have a great lighting system on our house thanks to John and his crew.

John and his team at North West Fresh Roof were amazing to work with! Quick and easy was his free estimate and he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well! I had moss on the north facing sides of my house that he completely cleaned up plus a roof leak that he was able to repair that others had only put band aids on in the past. Roof looks so much better and best yet… no more leak!!! Highly recommend!!!
