Blake at New Ruf came out on short notice to inspect my clients roof that New Ruf had installed the year prior. He went the extra mile to seal the few exposed fasteners and few loose shingles following the recent storm that had turned up in the Buyers inspection at no expense to the owner. I’m way overdue on this review, but the recent rains reminded me that we had some work done by Saul with NewRüf.I was recommended to him by someone in our neighborhood and could not be any more impressed with his communication, promptness, and follow up on our issue.He arrived on time, and we discussed the issues we were having. He initially wanted to look in our attic to see if he could locate the leak we were having, but the area was inaccessible due to the configuration of our A/C unit.He then explained that he’d take a look from the roof. Within minutes, he found the issue, had it fixed, and showed me the work that he did with some very detailed pictures that he took.Some nails had backed out of a roof vent we had on a roof less than five years old. He replaced the nails with screws which would not back out, and sealed the heads.He even went so far as looking for other similar locations and found a few other nails that had popped loose (but was not yet a source of leaking), and he fixed those issues as well.The cost of work was much, much less than I ever could have anticipated.I’m so grateful for the recommendation, and have been recommending Saul to others in our neighborhood as well.If you have a leaking roof, you’d Better Call Saul!

Tyler Stinson with New Ruf stopped by the other day and helped me inspect my roof for possible damage from a recent storm. Tyler was very patient, thoughtful, and explained my options if my roof needed to be repaired or replaced. He took his time and examined my roof and also my gutters. I was surprised when he did not see any damages that he believed that needed to be addressed at this time.I was very impressed with his professionalism and not trying to sell me something I really did not need at this time.
