We had Summit Roofing replace our roof and gutters. Upon our first meeting with Summit, Darren and Trey conducted their inspection of our property. When the inspection was concluded Darren and Trey explained the step by step process from start to finish. As this was our first major upgrade to our home we appreciated the thoroughness in which Darren and Trey explained the process.Darren and Trey met with the insurance adjuster and compared notes. A schedule was created for the project and we commend Summit because everything went smoothly and according to plan.The project took about two days. All debris including nails were taken away. The entire team from the Sales Professionals to the crew members were professional. On both days the crews were punctual.I had to contact the business office by phone and twice in person. Penny and her staff were very welcoming and above all professional.If I know of anyone in need of Summit Roofing’s services I will definitely recommend them.
I really am very happy with the service I received from Summit Roofing. Sales manager Frankie helped me get my roof replaced. My insurance company was very reticent in replacing it and downright dodgy. Frankie helped me navigate the whole process and stayed the course with me, all four months of it, until I got it all sorted out this past January. Please see pictures my beautiful new roof.
