Apollo Roofing Company

We recently had our shingle roof replaced by Apollo Roofing Company, and the entire experience was smooth and positive from beginning to end. Sam managed the project and did a fantastic job keeping everything organized and stress-free. He was easy to communicate with, always available to answer questions, and made sure we understood every step of the process. The crew worked efficiently while still paying close attention to details, and it really showed in the final result. What stood out the most was how much care they put into safety and protecting both their workers and our property. The team followed strong safety practices at all times and kept the work area clean and well organized. They even provided a portable porta-potty for the crew, which showed respect for our home and helped keep everything professional and contained. Every day they cleaned up thoroughly, carefully checking for nails and debris, and they took extra precautions to protect our landscaping and surroundings. It felt like they treated our home as if it were their own. Another thing we truly appreciated was how friendly and pet-friendly Sam and the crew were. Our dogs and cats quickly warmed up to them, which says a lot. The team was always mindful about closing gates and being careful around our pets, making the whole experience comfortable for everyone in the house. Overall, the professionalism, kindness, and quality workmanship made this a great experience, and we would happily recommend Apollo Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable and caring roofing company.

Project Manager Sam ensured everything moved smoothly, keeping me informed at every stage and making sure all questions were addressed promptly. His coordination and planning made what could have been a stressful project feel simple and well-managed. Foreman Joe and his crew delivered outstanding workmanship and demonstrated true professionalism on site. They were punctual, efficient, and maintained excellent timing throughout the project, completing each phase exactly as scheduled without sacrificing quality. The team kept the work area clean, respected the property, and showed genuine pride in their work. We had an excellent experience with Apollo Roofing from start to finish. The entire team was professional, well organized, and clearly committed to delivering high-quality work. The project ran smoothly, communication was clear at every stage, and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. What truly made the experience exceptional was the project manager, Sam. He took the time to go through every detail of the project, explained everything clearly, and made sure nothing was overlooked. His knowledge, transparency, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that the job was being handled properly. As a yoga instructor, I naturally appreciate meaningful and grounded conversations, and I was pleasantly surprised to connect with Sam on a deeper level. We found a natural common ground around spirituality, meditation, and yoga, which made the experience even more positive. It is rare to work with someone who brings both professionalism and mindfulness into their work. Beyond that, Sam was incredibly generous and thoughtful. He brought me coffee every morning, a small but sincere gesture that really shows how much he cares about his clients. It made the entire process feel personal, calm, and stress-free. I highly recommend Apollo Roofing to anyone looking for top-quality roofing work and outstanding customer service. Sam’s dedication, professionalism, and genuine character truly set this company apart.

We ultimately decided to move forward with Sam from Apollo Roofing after meeting with several contractors. One thing we appreciated was that Sam was one of only a few contractors who actually went up on the roof and performed a thorough inspection. Some others provided estimates without ever getting on the roof, so this made a big difference in building trust. Sam is also very responsive and communicates well. He usually answered questions quickly and kept us updated throughout the project. That said, there were moments when timelines shifted slightly, which can happen with roofing projects, especially when coordinating materials and weather. While no roof is ever completely perfect, Sam was honest about the condition of the roof and explained realistic expectations for the work. There were a few areas where the finish could have been a bit smoother, mainly related to the GoGreen loan requirements and the plywood replacement after completion, but overall the quality of work met our expectations. In the end, we felt comfortable working with Sam because of his thorough inspection, transparency, and communication. We would still recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable roofing contractor who is upfront and responsive.
