Expect no follow up. More promises and no follow through. Been waiting over 3 months for them to correct the gutter reinstall they messed up while installing new roof. Still waiting, but new presidential quality roof is starting to look bad with less than year. Humps, bumps and sags. Ridges that seem to be installed incorrectly. We wanted a company that would stand behind their work and are disappointed.

Adrian was our estimator and walked us through the process. We had five contractors look at our roofing project. Adrian was the only evaluator who found structural damage in our attic. Had we put a new roof on without that repair, our new roof would have been severely compromised. Straight Line was far from the cheapest estimate, but the way Adrian evaluated for two hours and prepared a comprehensive plan, showing us pictures and telling us the how and why of things, made me very confident selecting Straight Line for our roof and gutter replacement. Adrian had an answer for every question and was responsive quickly via text. The fact that Straight Line is a Christian-owned company also made me even more confident about their integrity and honesty.

They did a fabulous job on my roof. From start to finish they went above and beyond to ensure I was aware of what the process would be, answered any and all of my many questions, and delivered excellent quality work. My roof was in bad shape and the previous roofers had used the cheapest materials which had completely rotted out and needed to be replaced. I know that I now have a solid roof that will last me a very long time. The guys were very respectful and professional and they worked incredibly hard. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roof repair or replacement. The first 4 pictures are before and the last 4 are the beautiful after roof replacement.
