Josée Girard
We ordered our garage roof from your company on May 20th because you promised delivery before the construction holidays. My partner called to make sure we'd get them, as his team of men was all ready to install it on Saturday. But we didn't receive them at all, as expected. So, sorry, your word is worthless to us, and rest assured you won't be getting any good references from us (extremely disappointed customer). And to top it all off, on Monday morning after the holidays, at 10 am, they were delivered! So don't even try to tell us they weren't made! ????????????

I received a quote on Monday from Mr. Pierre-Luc, who was very professional. The follow-up was impeccable, both with the estimator and the project manager. My roof needed some repairs, and the price was reasonable for the work done. On Wednesday, the team arrived, and the work was completed very quickly and efficiently. They left my property clean and tidy, and they were very friendly despite the heat! That's why I'm giving them a 5-star rating for the excellent service I received. It's great to have a company that offers such good service to its clients. As soon as my roof needs replacing, I'll definitely use Toiture d'Ici again!
