Josh has shown professional and personal skills. I have found Josh requires high quality work from his crew. He put on my home in Stayton and my neighbors came over to complement me on the new roof. Josh will be the only person to touch my roof in the future. He is also the cheapest I have found. I suggest you go look at the roofs his company has installed and see for yourself. Teresa
A few years ago I got two bids for a new roof, one from a very large, well-known roofer and a smaller outfit that is lesser-known but came recommended by someone I trust. I was impressed by both, but the smaller company came in about $6K less than the larger (you're dealing directly with the owner that actually does the work versus a slick salesman). So glad I went with Recommendable Roofing Inc. Joshua Lampke is a hard-working, honest, integrous man who stands behind his work. I had a minor issue once and he was over within and hour to fix it. He has a big heart, too. Just the other day I was stressing over a gutter that had pulled away from the house, causing a torrent of water to spill on to the walkway. It wasn't even his issue, but he got back to me right away and fixed the issue in about 5 minutes, and didn't even charge me. Am I gushing? Yes. And he deserves it. And no, I don't get anything for recommending him except the satisfaction of recommending an awesome company.
We met Josh when he was doing a roof on a neighbor's house. We had several estimates from various roofers and we chose Recommendable Roofing and are so glad we did. This is the fourth roof I’ve had installed over a 47-year period – and this one is by far the best I’ve ever had. Josh and his crew were super efficient! It only took two days to complete the job. I have a small house, but I still thought it would take longer. They certainly knew what they were doing! Excellent work. Cleanup was spot on. They even cleaned the glass on my (old) skylights. I really appreciate when the owner of a company is the actual person who provides the estimate/bid as well as the hands-on of the actual work. Price was very reasonable, and top-quality products were used – everything very professional. Great communication – Josh answered all of my crazy questions and concerns quickly (and with loads of patience!). We were so impressed, relieved, and happy with the entire experience. It’s difficult to put into words how wonderful Josh, Jordan and Sam are. Josh put at ease any concerns I had, they did everything they said they would. Cleaned up roofing debris at the end of the each day, and were courteous and friendly whenever I talked with them. Jordan going the extra mile to paint my existing attic vent black, to match the other vents was genius!
