He wasn't on the job the entire time and I understood that...he did have other crews working in other locations and needed to keep everyone lined out. They went above and beyond on my mother's roof. I needed to replace 3 layers of asphalt roofing on a duplex built in 1928. After several local bids Premiere Rebuilders came in as the lowest bid, and agreed to install the standing seam metal roof onto of the original furring strips at my request. They did not require a deposit and set a date about a month out to get started. A crew of 5 men from San Antonio worked long days using Duncan's equipment and had the job finished in 7 working days. The roof was composed of steep pitches and a number of complex valleys. Standing seam roofing is more of an art than a simple roof replacement. 6 months later the roof has had no problems or leaks. The pipe Jacks are sturdy, edges clean, and water flows through the valleys beautifully. I have since used other local companies to replace other roofs with standing seam metal but do not feel the methods used will hold up to time. If the crew from San Antonio who installed my first standing seam with premiere rebuilders is available then I would highly recommend them to any friend and I intend to hire them for future standing seam roof installations in the future. Would highly recommend you go a different route! Had seven windows replaced ended up with 4 different styles of screens. Shingle roof replaced as well with overspray all around the overhangs. Shingle overhang cuts were crooked as could be. Trim on everything they didn’t touch is 6” they put 4” on all the windows. 2 week job turned into 4.5 months and they only got about 1/2 of it done before I’d had enough excuses and finger pointing.
Premier Re-Builders is a 1st class operation! They came highly recommended from a friend who had a roof repaired. My house was up for sale and the buyers’ insurance company was balking over the age, even though I had no leaks, damage or any problems. I asked Blake to do an inspection and he confirmed that the roof was in great shape…it just wasn’t new. He could’ve jockeyed for work, but instead gave an honest assessment. He gained what can’t be bought - my trust and respect. When the time comes that I do need roofing work- which happens to all of us at some point here in hail country- Premier Re-Builders will be my first call!
My roof needed a complete replacement due to wind damage. Blake personally met with my adjuster to insure that nothing was missed.He was prepared, experienced, professional, and responsive.The crew was on time, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up all nails and debris.They made a stressful experience, much less stressful & took wonderful care of me. I would recommend them any day of the week!
