The roof itself appears fine. The process around it was deeply frustrating.Before work even began, I had to escalate concerns because what was described early on, including the likelihood of gutters being handled through insurance , did not match the numbers that were later presented. That required clarification before moving forward.After the roof was completed, I reached out to get a final invoice. I did not receive one.Then there was silence for nearly six months.When billing finally resurfaced, there was no explanation for the delay and no acknowledgment that I had previously tried to close the account. Instead, I received a payment link for an amount that was dramatically different from what had been agreed upon.No context. No reconciliation. Just a link.I had to rely on documented text messages confirming the original agreement in order to get the invoice corrected. After continued follow-up, the balance was revised. I spoke to 4 people to fix the final balance due. Even in the dispute process, no one from Bondoc was communicating with each other.Only after the amount was corrected did formal payment timelines and collection language appear.That sequence is what made this experience so frustrating. As a homeowner, I should not have to protect myself with saved text messages or reconcile shifting numbers 6 months after a project is complete.If you work with this company:Get EVERY agreement in writing before work begins.Do NOT rely on verbal assurances.Save EVERY text and email.Push for a final invoice immediately and follow up persistently.The roof may turn out fine.Just understand that the administrative process may require far more effort than it should.
Bondoc was great to work with, they came inspected our roof and showed us the damage that was present. They walked us through the various options they had available and made sure we understood the differences in material for each package they had available. They were able to complete the removal of the old materials and the replacement in one day and we were very pleased with the results. We recommend Bondoc and would use them again in the future
I would highly recommend Bondoc for roof replacement or repair. Andy checked out my roof leak, showed me what was causing the problem and explained in detail how Bondoc would repair the area. The price quoted seemed fair. Alejandro came out a few days later and performed the repair work. I couldn’t even tell where he had done the repair. Cleaned up all old and leftover materials. I was extremely impressed with his work. No leaks since.Thanks Bondoc!!!!
Bondoc roofing put a new roof on my house this week. Kole came out and did the initial inspection. He worked with my insurance company, answered all my questions, and helped me pick out the best shingles for my house. Andy was the project manager. He kept me informed on the project and was very helpful. I love how the roof turned out, they did a great job and I would highly recommend this company! They did the job in one day and cleaned up after the job was done.
I had Bondoc replace my roof and they did a fantastic job! Very professional and I had quotes with 2 other vendors and Bondoc came in the lowest and best value! Would definitely recommend!
