NEED A NEW ROOF? Call Al Thien at HP Roofing Pro, who installed a coated roof system at our retail building in Arcadia, CA in 2023. Our questions were addressed through the contract process and the installation went very smoothly. Each year Al's crew conducts a maintenance service to inspect the roof, clear debris, make minor repairs (patches), and report on any issues (e.g., a drain was clogged, causing rainwater to pond in a corner of the roof). We receive a report with photos following the maintenance. We pay for the annual maintenance but feel it's well worth it to maintain the roof for the long-term.A couple of leaks have been reported when there have been heavy rains. We believe it's impossible to 100% seal around the areas where equipment is installed on the roof as we elected not to remove the equipment when the coating was installed. What we appreciate the most about Al is his responsiveness when we contact him about any issues or concerns. He's very responsible about sending his crew out as needed and is also very communicative, which is in stark contrast with our previous roofer. We don't worry anymore every time it rains because Al takes good care of us! Give him a call!
