HP Roofing Pro

NEED A NEW ROOF? Call Al Thien at HP Roofing Pro, who installed a coated roof system at our retail building in Arcadia, CA in 2023. Our questions were addressed through the contract process and the installation went very smoothly. Each year Al's crew conducts a maintenance service to inspect the roof, clear debris, make minor repairs (patches), and report on any issues (e.g., a drain was clogged, causing rainwater to pond in a corner of the roof). We receive a report with photos following the maintenance. We pay for the annual maintenance but feel it's well worth it to maintain the roof for the long-term. A couple of leaks have been reported when there have been heavy rains. We believe it's impossible to 100% seal around the areas where equipment is installed on the roof as we elected not to remove the equipment when the coating was installed. What we appreciate the most about Al is his responsiveness when we contact him about any issues or concerns. He's very responsible about sending his crew out as needed and is also very communicative, which is in stark contrast with our previous roofer. We don't worry anymore every time it rains because Al takes good care of us! Give him a call!

Our commercial roof was recently replaced by this group. I'm quite happy with the caliber of the job and the superior materials. They were also the most affordable bid I had gotten. If you're searching for an affordable, high-quality roof replacement, I'd suggest them. The staff members were cordial and punctual. They did an outstanding job of cleanup. These men are busy, but it only serves to highlight their reputation for producing high-quality work. You won't be dissatisfied.

From beginning to end, they shown professionalism. The crew was courteous, there was excellent communication, and cleanup was done often. I looked into the materials they suggested for our commercial roof and discovered they were of the highest caliber. We are happy that we chose to work with them.

On-time arrival, excellently friendly crew, top-notch work, and a desire to make sure everything was done perfectly. I'm over the moon with the outcome. What a wonderful experience, from the customer care team to the roofing team to the quote to the job management.

I had my restaurant roof repaired by HP Commercial Roofing PRO crew. The job was done on time and the work seems good. His crew cleaned up pretty good as we have customer and worried about lose nails or other construction materials. Overall, we're quite happy with their work.
