Marina Bay Roofing

We had a great experience with Marina Bay Roofing. Communication was fast and straightforward, and Michael kept us updated with photos and progress reports. The crew worked efficiently, handled some tricky gutter issues, and the quality of the finish is excellent. Reliable, honest, and very skilled—highly recommend.

We needed a very old and decrepit damaged roof replaced on a rental property in Berkeley. The roof was leaking in multiple places, water was not draining and there was an actual hole in one corner of the roof. It was in very rough shape. Marina Bay Roofing was prompt, professional, well-priced and did a great job. They sent pictures of the progress along the way (we don't live in the area) and called regularly to check in with updates. Very happy with their work and professionalism!

Had a great experience with Marina Bay Roofing. Michael was super responsive and walked us through the entire process. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the roof looks amazing. It's refreshing to find a company that's both skilled and honest. Would absolutely use them again!

I can't recommend Marina Bay Roofing highly enough! We own a rental property in San Francisco but live out of state, so when we got hit with a serious roof leak and resulting water damage, we were honestly stressing about how to handle it from thousands of miles away. From the very first call, the team was incredibly responsive and professional. Michael took immediate leadership of our case and made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and surprisingly fast. He clearly explained everything, sent detailed photos and updates throughout the job, and kept us in the loop every step of the way — which was a huge relief since we couldn't be there in person. The crew arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem efficiently, and completed the repairs (including addressing the water damage mitigation) in record time. The quality of work is outstanding — clean, thorough, and built to last. They even went above and beyond to coordinate with our property manager and make sure everything was left in perfect condition. Thanks to Michael and the entire Marina Bay Roofing team, what could have been a total nightmare turned into a textbook example of how roofing service should be done. Fast, honest, high-quality work with exceptional communication. If you're in the Bay Area and need roofing help — especially if you're an out-of-state landlord — look no further. Marina Bay Roofing gets a massive 5 stars from us. We'll be calling them again without hesitation for any future needs! Thank you, Michael — you guys are the real deal! ??????????

Finally, a great roofing service! While finding one was difficult, Marina Bay Roofing exceeded all expectations. Michael’s professionalism was top tier and it was a pleasure working with him and his crew. They not only completed the job flawlessly but also provided a helpful maintenance guide. We would recommend them heavily!
