Mr. Roofing, Inc.

Mr. Roofing was fantastic! I always received quick responses and they stuck to their timeline. German treated us like we were his only client. We felt important and treated well. We have used them twice now and will recommend them to any one.

Roofing & Gutter Project Feedback Review I visited the guttering and roofing project after completion and overall the work looks great. I truly appreciate the professionalism of your team and the timely response in completing the project. Thank you for your continued support and dedication. There are just a couple of minor observations: • Some of the gutter drainage pipe connections could be welded more securely to ensure long-term durability. • On the skylight area, during heavy rain, water appears to flow down gently along one section. It may benefit from a slight adjustment to improve drainage performance. Aside from these small items, the roofing project has been greatly improved and is now ready for service. The overall workmanship, communication, and coordination throughout the process were excellent. It was a great experience working with your roofing company, and I would confidently recommend your services to other sister churches and organizations based on our positive experience. Thank you again for your professionalism and support.

I am extremely grateful to German Valencia for the extraordinary determination he demonstrated in securing warranty coverage from GAF for damage to our roof. He was able to overcome resistance from the Warrantor and secure our coverage in an urgent situation. Eloisa secured an excellent installer team that delivered extraordinary service on a Saturday. Victor brought tremendous dedication and skill to the work, and he and his team demonstrated superior commitment to the project. Thanks very much to German, Victor, Eloisa and the team!

From beginning to end, I was impressed with Mr. Roofing. Mike Odynski was our point of contact, and he was professional, responsive, and knowledgable. He was great at offering a variety of options, and was never pushy. The work team was quick, neat, and flexibly. The work was done on time, on budget, and looks great. We added solar as well, and Mr. Roofing partners well with Simply Solar making the combined project smooth.

I had both my roof and two skylights replaced by Mr. Roofing, and the whole experience was fantastic. Scott, my salesperson, and Marvin, my project manager, were both exceptional. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, they checked in every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. The communication, quality of work, and attention to detail were all top-notch. Couldn’t be happier with the result - highly recommend this team!
