ROOFWORX Inc.

I had a small leak on my low-pitch shingle roof and contacted Roofworx Inc. for an inspection. After a thorough evaluation, they explained that the issue was caused by improper roofing materials being used for a low-slope application. Instead of just patching it, they recommended the correct solution: installing a modified bitumen roofing system designed specifically for low-pitch roofs. They clearly explained why shingles are not ideal for low-slope areas and why modified bitumen would provide better waterproofing and long-term protection. The installation was done efficiently, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. Since the repair, we’ve had no leaks at all. I really appreciate their transparency and expertise. If you need low-slope roof repair, leak detection, or modified bitumen installation in the Bay Area, I highly recommend Roofworx Inc.

We recently hired Roofworx for a full flat roof replacement on our property in San Francisco, about 1,200 square feet, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Vlad and his team were professional, clear with communication, and very knowledgeable about flat roofing systems. The old roof was removed and replaced efficiently, and the new flat roof installation was done with great attention to detail. The job site was kept clean, the work was completed on schedule, and the final result looks solid and well-built. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing contractor in San Francisco for a flat roof replacement, I highly recommend Roofworx inc.

We had a small leak in our roof. Sam at Roofworx came by to examine the roof and provide a quote. He was on time and provided an excellent explanation of what he discovered and our options to get the roof repaired. Their quote was one of the most detailed and best priced bids for the project. We hired them to do the section tile reset option. The work was promptly scheduled and it took a bit over a day to complete. No problems were encountered. The roof has performed well during the past couple of storms. At the end of the job they were able to provide pics of the work. I would definitely recommend them.

We worked with Roofworx to redo our roof. The roof was not a standard re-shingling. We wanted to add insulation on top of our existing exposed beam ceiling to preserve the beauty of the wood. The insulation was desired because our roof did not have any insulation and during sunny days in the summer it would be quite uncomfortable inside. They worked with us to get all the details right and in the end our roof is quite nice. It is very comfortable inside and looks great.

Had a stubborn leak on the Spanish-clay tile roof at our cemetery site in San Francisco. ROOFWORX booked us the same day, swapped the cracked mission tiles, laid high-temp underlayment, and rebuilt the flashing—all without disturbing the historic look. First Pacific rainstorm: bone-dry ceilings, spotless grounds. If you need tile-roof leak repair, waterproofing, or full roof replacement in the Bay Area, these roofing contractors deliver. Five stars.
