We recently had a fantastic experience with Trio during the roof replacement for our rented house. After receiving quotes from three different companies, we were still undecided. Luckily, our neighbor recommended Trio, and I'm so glad we reached out to them.

Roi Loker, the project manager, was very responsive to our messages and we scheduled a roof inspection for an estimate within two days. Roi was professional, and thoughtful, and provided valuable information about the services they offered. Their pricing was also the most reasonable. Roi's friendly and attentive approach led us to sign the contract after our first meeting.

The communication and updates provided, including before, during, and after photos, were extremely helpful as we were not always on the property. The team completed the roof in just two days and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. All contracts, payments, and warranty paperwork were signed and provided.

Our roof looks fantastic! I would highly recommend Trio Roofers to anyone in need of roofing services and suggest choosing Roi Loker as your project manager.

Simon came on site and did a walkthrough going in detail what services were needed. He was knowledgeable and provided the correct services rather than trying to upsell me compared to other roofers. The preventative service maintenance will continue to keep my roof going for many years to come. The team also fixed my dry rot chimney, fantastic work.
