Simon and his team were a pleasure to work with. I have a concrete tile roof that is original to the home. We hadn't properly done maintenance over the years which lead to leaks. Simon came on site and did a walkthrough going in detail what services were needed. He was knowledgeable and provided the correct services rather than trying to upsell me compared to other roofers. We had horrible rain/wind and the roof leaked and life was horrible. Simon of Trio Roofers came within a day, tarped, and at first inspector availabilty had his crew re-roof. They did a superb job, not just re-doing what was there; but, improving the roof to even beyond code. Excellent job.
