Jose was my main contact and kept me updated throughout the entire process.The crew finished the roof in just one day and were very professional. AZ Pristine was very professional and flexible with our deductible payment. I received estimates from other companies but AZ went above and beyond working with insurance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Our laundry room ceiling imploded. No signs of any water or water damage. Contacted our insurance company since I didn't think a roofer would apply. I was wrong.I heard my cousin was in the process of having her roof replaced and she recommended Arizona Pristine.I called Arizona Pristine on a Saturday morning, Jose came out that afternoon. He inspected the roof, the scope of work from the insurance company and collaborated remotely with his associate Alexus. Alexus sent back a game plan and cost analysis. Again, all in the same day.Signed the contract. They sent JJ by to collect first payment. Not only did he collect the payment but also climbed up on the roof and conducted his own inspection.Once the roofing materials were delivered our roof replacement was scheduled. The day came, they arrived "early" and so it began. The crew worked hard and finished that afternoon. Another inspection followed shortly thereafter.They were still waiting for the supplies to replace the awning for the patio. Once the supplies were received that was scheduled. Done on that same scheduled date.All crews were very meticulous. Covered what needed to be covered, did what needed to be done and then some, cleaned up after themselves.Now, Arizona Pristine does not do interior work so the laundry room ceiling, what started this whole thing to begin with, was not part of the plan. However, Alexus took it upon herself to find someone to do the job within the Scope of Work. In the meantime, Chris the owner of Arizona Pristine, came out and climbed up on the roof and walked the perimeter of the house to do his own inspection. We discussed the laundry room ceiling, told him that Alexus was working to find someone to do the work and that I had already signed the necessary paperwork for Alexus. Chris said he would get with Alexus for an update but in the meantime would also send out a crew for the finishing touches he felt were needed.Once they found someone they were out within a week along with the finishing touches crew. Both crews finished the work in one day.All is done except for painting the wood replacement. Pristine volunteered to do this but we didn't take them up on it because we are entertaining trying a different paint color.Our thanks to all involved for their patience, team effort, work ethic, drive for perfection and customer satisfaction.Shout out to Alexus, Jose, JJ, Chris and accounting.We wouldn't consider using anyone else for our roofing needs.We are very happy!

After hail storm damage, Arizona Pristine Roofing was referred to us and Jaden came.Thanks to Jaden's professionalism and attentiveness, the whole process was stress-free and worry-free. He coordinated with the insurance adjuster and followed through to ensure everything proceeded in a timely manner. He presented a choice of shingles and explained the code requirements. The roofers did an excellent job, cleaning up as the job progressed. Our roof is so much better and looks beautiful. I wholeheartedly recommend Arizona Pristine Roofing to anyone who wants excellent and honest service.
