Reviews frequently note quick turnaround on roof replacements and responsive communication from coordinators. Positive comments mention punctual crews and use of quality materials. Some negative reviews cite concerns about subcontracted labor, cleanup issues, and difficulty reaching management for follow-up. Overall ratings skew positive, but expectations for post-job communication and punch-list resolution should be discussed up front.

I tried to talk to Parker, but he had no idea how to introduce himself. With all the constant scams going on. asking for the homeowner by first name is very shady. (I believe it is best to say, I'm sorry, you have the wrong number) I believe in being professional by introducing yourself first. Parker then got upset and started to argue. I called him out on that and said we were done, goodbye, and I hung up. Parker then texts me back with a chip on his shoulder, if you don't want the grant, don't reply to the message and don't tell me how to do my job, stop interrupting me. We were already in contact and that changes how the call goes. Wow, I only asked him to introduce himself first and he went off on me. He finished off by saying that he will remove me from the list and I will have to fill out the application again. (what application) I had no conversation with him except to first and foremost, be polite by introducing yourself.

Good people provide good business.

I would recommend Legion Roofing, due to the quick installation of my roof. This company works very quickly. They always responded back to me with answers that I needed to know, before my roof was installed. Reyna, went over and beyond the call of duty assisting me through this process. I got my roof replaced within 4 days. This was the whole process. My roof made my whole house look different, in a good way. My roof was actually replaced in one day. So far, so good. If you need a new roof, I do recommend Legion Roofing.

UPATE: Legion Roofing wasn't honest with me concerning some of the perks that came with getting the roof. I've had a big issue with Legion Roofing , after my roof installation on 08/31/25. I was told that I would receive a cash rebate within 30 to 60 days of installation. Well, it's been 60 days on 11/02/25. I've contacted a representative from Legion roofing several times concerning this big issue. They're continually telling me once they get some news, they'll let me know. The cash rebate that I was promised was a little over $1,000. I had made plans for this cash rebate to cover my first payment on the roof and to handle other bills. Today is 12/16/25, and I still haven't received any news about my cash rebate. I ferl as though, I've been scammed since the roof has already been installed and I've paid my first payment on it. Please be very weary of Legion Roofing. They don't keep their end of the bargain, after they do your roof installation.

Legion did a great job with installing our new roof. They do excellent work and use quality materials. Bryson, Haley and Coult went the extra mile to insure our project exceeded our expectations.

Legion roof just subs out the work Hired a bunch of unlicensed unprofessional workers who tore my roof apart and left all my dryer vents and fan vents laying in my attic nails all over the place broken roof tiles and old underlayment everywhere I’ve tried getting them to come out for over a month and keep getting ignored by the owner Garrett. Maybe they will see this review and finally answer me or take care of the issues they don’t bother to fix.

Another great service by Legion! They showed up right on time and were very quick and efficient. It can be daunting finding someone to come work on your house when you live by yourself because you don’t know who you’re dealing with and you feel more susceptible to getting scammed. I can confidently say Legions team made my fear disappear for them. They handled everything from beginning to end with ease. A great group of individuals and will be using them again. Highly recommend.
