Denney’s Roofing

My rating would have been much higher. In the beginning things went well but now I am Having unresolved warranty issues from installation and Denneys has stopped even responding to me. I was patient and awaited warm weather to see if it resolved the problem as they suggested my installation was in December and the shingles needed lots of sun and warmth to lay down and seal…it has not and now they will not respond to my numerous emails and voicemails

Below is my revised review/ response to Denneys:
My damage is NOT storm damage! I addressed this with you immediately following installation. Shingles are not laying down and there is a missing piece of trim. I was told they needed warm weather and sun to do this. While waiting a couple flipped over and tore. Your last response to me was May 16 when you told me you would send someone out to repair what tore and the missing piece of trim but the rest of the rippling still needed more warmth to lay down. You did not and have since stopped responding. It’s the end of July so there has been plenty of warmth to make the shingles that are rippled lay down yet they have not. I’ve left voice mail and numerous emails during the last 4-5 weeks… you have never responded. This is NOT storm damage! You know that, nor did we ever have a discussion about storm damage because there is no storm damage… you know that too!
