The team turned around the roof repair estimate fast, explained the scope clearly, and completed the work before the next round of heavy Florida rain, which was a big concern for us. From start to finish, Raymond followed up consistently and made sure everything moved along smoothly. The whole experience showed strong customer care, clear communication, and dependable roofing service. Since the repair was completed, we have not had any more leaks around the lobby window area. I had wind damage on both the pitched and flat sections of my roof, and the insurance process was stressful. I wanted estimates only from local roofing companies with a long track record so the warranty support would be there if I ever needed it. I chose shingles for the sloped roof and TPO for the flat roof areas, and it was the right decision. Raymond did an excellent job working directly with the insurance company on my behalf and even stayed involved after the roofing work was finished and paid for so I could receive a fair settlement. This roofing contractor was my second opinion, and while the price was a little higher, the quality of the roof repair and service made it worth it. Communication was prompt, clear, and always provided in writing, which made the whole roofing project easy to understand. Everything that was discussed, from materials to scope of work, was completed exactly as promised. In Sanford, with the heat, storms, and strong winds, it is important to have a reliable roofer who knows both shingle and flat roof systems. They worked on my house and everything turned out great—no problems at all, and it looks fantastic. The crew paid close attention to every detail and made sure everything was just right. The job was completed in just three days, and their cleanup was excellent. Living in Florida, I was especially concerned about nails being left behind because we spend so much time outdoors. While it's hard to get every single nail, I only found five roofing nails in my entire yard after they finished—which is really impressive considering how much work was done.
