His team not only completed the scoped repair work with high quality, but also went the extra mile by fixing additional issues left by the original builder—ensuring the leak would not happen again. Everyone I worked with was super courteous and friendly and made sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. The roofing crew was very polite and meticulous in their job, they did a great job of keeping everything safe and cleaning up the debris and nails on the ground.
