Premium Roofing Systems

Due to the December 2025 rains, we experienced a leak in our house. I was torn between doing a spot repair or a full tile relay (paper replacement) for the entire roof, so I decided to do my own research and got 5 estimates. Only 2 out of 5 companies correctly pinpointed the root cause of the leak — Premium Roofing Company was one of them, and their pricing was the best of all. Estimate Phase: David (the estimator) explained the process and materials in detail. He was prompt in answering all my questions about materials and scheduling. Scheduling: Due to February rains, the work was delayed by about a week, but once the forecast cleared, work began as expected. Workmanship: The project manager, Ulises, and his crew were excellent and highly skillful. Ulises kept me in the loop throughout, sharing photos at different stages with timely updates. One Area for Improvement: Cleanup. During the project, nails and debris scattered around the house. The crew did clean up daily, but I later found nails and debris in various areas that were missed. Overall: I would recommend Premium Roofing Company for their quality work, accurate diagnostics, and competitive pricing.

Great experience with Premium Roofing Systems—they handled our flat-top garage roof replacement perfectly. Their price was fair and reasonable, with no hidden surprises at all. The crew was hardworking, always on time, did excellent work, and left the site spotless every day. Super professional team. Big thanks to project manager Aldo—he's super friendly, answered every question patiently, kept us in the loop, and made the whole thing stress-free. Highly recommend: fair prices, solid work, and people you actually enjoy dealing with. We'll definitely call them again!

We recently had a full roof replacement and couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial consultation with Ulises, to the final inspection. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and clearly know what they were doing. They kept the job site clean each day and made sure everything was picked up once the project was finished. The new roof looks fantastic; and we feel confident in the quality of the workmanship. I would definitely recommend Premium Roofing Systems company to everyone.
