I was torn between doing a spot repair or a full tile relay (paper replacement) for the entire roof, so I decided to do my own research and got 5 estimates.Only 2 out of 5 companies correctly pinpointed the root cause of the leak — Premium Roofing Company was one of them, and their pricing was the best of all.Estimate Phase: David (the estimator) explained the process and materials in detail. He was prompt in answering all my questions about materials and scheduling.Scheduling: Due to February rains, the work was delayed by about a week, but once the forecast cleared, work began as expected.Workmanship: The project manager, Ulises, and his crew were excellent and highly skillful. Ulises kept me in the loop throughout, sharing photos at different stages with timely updates.One Area for Improvement: Cleanup. During the project, nails and debris scattered around the house. The crew did clean up daily, but I later found nails and debris in various areas that were missed.Overall: I would recommend Premium Roofing Company for their quality work, accurate diagnostics, and competitive pricing.

Called several other roofing company’s and decided to go with Premium Roofing Systems. They walked me through on how everything will be done. It took about a few weeks for them to get started, due to their busy schedule. As my time came, they completed everything in 3 days. Passed inspection and my new roof looks amazing.
