I have used Legacy Home Roofing for two projects over the past year: a new standing seam aluminum roof & the (re)waterproofing of a 3rd floor balcony that was the source of significant water leaking into my house prior to the work of Jeremy and his team. My house is a 1977 beach house that had not been adequately maintained so the shell of the house was compromised in various ways. After consulting with Jeremy, we came up with a game plan. As I have been the general contractor on my project, it was important for me and my other subcontractors to work seamlessly with Jeremy. He overperformed in every way! We had great communication and his pricing was transparent and reasonable. We had to change up a few things during the process - including replacing some tricky fascia boards - and Jeremy was a good sport, accommodating the changes. Jeremy's professionalism is top notch.
