I would give Thomas and his team a million stars if I could! Our home owners insurance was threatening to drop us if we didn't replace our roof and it was extremely stressful and we were on a time crunch. I had 10 different companies come out and he by far was the most thorough with his estimate. Being a woman I don't love dealing with any services or house estimates as I feel taken advantage of most of the time, that is not at all the case with Thomas! From start to finish he was professional, prompt and informative without all the upsale mumbo jumbo. His whole team was efficient and extremely easy to work with. He went above and beyond for us and was in and out in 3 days! I felt extremely taken care of and informed about the whole process!

So the roof on our office space in Santa Barbara was basically a giant puddle every time it rained and it was getting super gross. These guys came through and totally handled the commercial roofing situation while we were still working inside. It was honestly way quieter than I thought it would be and they didn't leave a single piece of trash in the parking lot. If you need someone who actually knows what they are doing and doesn't make a huge mess they are literally the best.

The storm last month showed me it was time for a full roof install. Living right on the coast in Santa Barbara means the salt air eats everything so I needed someone who actually knew which materials would hold up. Andy came out and didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of junk I didn't need. He got the crew moving fast and they cleaned up every single nail from the driveway which I appreciated. The new shingles look solid and the lines are straight as an arrow. Ask for Andy if you want the job handled without any runaround.

We had some wind damage that needed a quick turnaround and Andy went out of his way to squeeze us into the schedule so we wouldn't have water damage inside. The communication was great from start to finish which is rare for any kind of construction work. The new roof looks solid and the price was right where they said it would be. Definitely ask for Andy if you need help.
