When choosing a roofing company, we wanted someone who could deliver a quality roof that would last a long time, and who would be quick to help if anything came up later. Valley Vista Roofing did just that for us. We were very pleased with the roof replacement—everything looks excellent, the work was finished on schedule, and the crew made sure to clean up thoroughly, even though there was a lot of debris from the job (just a couple of stray nails and bits of metal left behind, which is expected with roof work). When we noticed a small issue after the job, Russell was quick to take care of it and made sure we were happy. We highly recommend this roofing company for anyone who wants great service and a reliable roof.

They took care of all the details, like coordinating the dumpster drop-off and making sure all the roofing materials arrived right on time. The crew, led by Emmanuel, worked extremely hard and always showed up ready to get the job done, even during those hot summer days. Everyone wore masks and kept things professional. Their carpentry skills stood out when they replaced sections of dry rot, and they made sure to use roof tiles that matched the original color perfectly. We had a tricky solar light tube with an unusual shape, but they came up with a smart solution for the new flashing. For the patio parapet, they brought in a specialist to put on new roofing material, and did a thorough job removing the old layers before adding a white foam sealant that covered the roof and nearby stucco walls completely. The price was fair, and the quality of the new roof was even better than the original. They paid close attention to making sure water drains properly, which is important with the weather here. We hired Valley Vista Roofing for a full roof, gutter, and soffit replacement, and the whole process was easy and stress-free from start to finish. Manuel, our project lead, visited our home in Santa Monica and clearly explained all of our roofing options, showing us different samples and sharing details about their top certifications. Even though their price was similar to other roofing companies, they offered so much more value, including a 50-year warranty on both labor and materials, plus a lifetime warranty on the roofing materials themselves. The crew, which had around 10 to 15 workers, arrived right on schedule. They took great care to protect both our property and our neighbors’ homes while removing the old roof. On the first day, they repaired parts of the sub-roof and installed deck protection. The second day, they finished installing the new roof, gutters, and trim. By the third day, they completed work on the garage and made sure the cleanup was thorough. Not only are we thrilled with how great our new roof looks, but our neighbors also noticed the quality of the work. I highly recommend this company to anyone in Santa Monica looking for prompt, professional roofing services at a fair price.
