My wife and I hired Stephen Curley Roofing to replace the roof on our home in Bennett Valley, Santa Rosa in October 2020, and we’ve been extremely happy with our decision. Stephen also recommended adding several additional roof vents, which have made a noticeable difference during the summer months by helping keep the house cooler. We also had gutter guards installed on the new gutters, which has eliminated the need for fall gutter cleaning. Now, six years later, we’re still enjoying cooler summers and maintenance-free gutters! Steve and team were great to work with. It was our first time replacing a roof and they came highly recommended by our realtor. When shopping around between 3 companies Steve used the same high quality materials as the highest price option and beat them on cost. Steve mentioned a few times while working together that he always likes to do something special for his clients and in my case that was throwing in re-roofing our shed at no cost and honoring a year old quote from when he originally priced a re-roof durring our home inspection. In today's economy with tariffs and prices shooting up at the rate they are, this really meant a lot and Steve had no obligation to honor such an old quote. Steve was very communicative, professional, and a great guy to work with. You could really tell that he cares for his customers and that he is willing to go above and beyond to deliver! The quality of the workmanship was top notch and the team beat their time estimates, getting all the work done in 3 days while only accessing the project from the exterior of the house and not requiring any supervision. We had Stephen Curley Roofing do a Roof Replacement on our Temple Property in Santa Rosa. We researched and received several Bids and Curley Roofing was for us the best company for our Project. Stephen is great to work with, he really knows his trade and his team of workers are great. They completely removed our old roofing, repaired all dry rot and damaged plywood and did a Beautiful job installing a new roof complete with new Gutters & Downspouts and Gutter Guards. Highly Recommended ! These Guys are the Best.
I just had Stephen Curley complete a roof on my property and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the office to the crew, everything was completely professional and organized. I have worked with several roofers in the past and Stephen Curley is definitely top notch and fairly priced. They were responsive and communicative through the whole process. On the day of the install the crew showed up, they removed the old roof, reroofed and even installed the gutters all within one day. Their large crew insured the job would be done efficiently with minimal disruption to my life. Not to mentioned they added additional proper ventilation, and repaired some dry rot as a standard part of their service. At the end of the day they left site COMPLETELY clean, something I can not say in past experiences working with installers. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
