We hired JCB to put a new roof on a fixer upper project for us and we couldn’t have been happier with the results and work! They even picked up all of the debris after the job was done and left the yard in great shape. We since then had a few shingles blow off our current home from high winds and once again JCB came through and fixed it promptly. Can’t recommend Bobby and his team enough!
The men worked so hard everyday to get our roof completed. They did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with their work. Roof looks absolutely amazing. Would recommend this company time and time again. They were on time every day, showed up when they said they would, and worked tirelessly until the job was complete.
Don't make the mistake of hiring some random guy with a ladder and shingles to do your repairs. These guys were so professional and beat out multiple estimates I got on my roof. The great price and peace of mind knowing they were insured and professional was what won me over, but their professional and friendly attitude and quality of work is what lead me to write this review. Highly recommend!
JCB is a trustworthy, quality company. I originally had them out for an inspection after some shingle loss, and they gave an honest assessment and even coached me on how to speak with insurance. There was no pressure to buy, and the sales person backed off when I said I was going to wait a bit. A couple months later, I had a leak and decided to pull the trigger. I simply emailed them with the signed quote, and they called me to schedule an install. It was over a month before they could get me installed, but that was OK because I put things in place to not have any more leaks.I had 2 roofs (house and detached 3 car garage) fully replaced with the highest end shingle they offered. It cost me $14K. State Farm insurance ended up paying me ~$10K.If I had to suggest any way for them to improve, I would advise them to look into more robust scheduling, invoicing, and communication systems and processes. They seemed pretty old school in that regard, and I prefer some of the newer systems where you are texted with updates, can see ETAs, link out to simple / quick payment systems, etc. Also, it was kind of weird to me that the workers never said hi, never told me they were there, and didn't update me at the end of the first day on when they'd be back, etc. I just trusted the process though, and they did their thing. I could tell they were very experienced and did quality work, which is of course the main thing.I'd recommend this company to anyone.
I was impressed with Bobby the owner coming out to inspect, advise & give a very reasonable estimate. After some rain delays, the JCB Roofing crew showed up and completely replaced my very old roof in just one day. A crew of 10 hard workers with a happy attitude, working together as a fine team. They took the time to cover all my plants and A/C unit. When they were finished, I could not find a single nail or piece of old debris on my property. I was left with a beautiful new roof and peace of mind. I will recommend JCB Roofing to family & friends.
