We just had the roof and gutters on our residence and a rental property repaired after a serious hailstorm several months ago. The Magnolia team is top-notch! They communicate well and kept us informed, were polite and considerate while onsite, and did a good job with premium materials in a way that will be long-lasting and resilient. They also go over and above with additional measures to protect your property during the work. We had drapes over the windows and gardens around our house to protect them, and afterward they picked up the trash that had dropped and rolled magnet rollers over the driveway and grounds to thoroughly remove any metal that could be a tire or mower hazard. Management is working with our insurance to handle getting the damage covered as needed (additional damage found after the initial insurance adjustor’s report). Great service! We love our new roof, and recommend Magnolia very highly!
