Let’s face it! No one ever wants to call a roofing company because it’s probably going to be expensive and you’re not sure if the work is going to be done correctly or not.Unfortunately, I didn’t have a trusted roofer on speed dial nor did any of my friends, so I did what any normal person would do… I googled it.I made a few calls before I came across Hailco. The reason I chose them was because every company I called prior was determined to set an appointment immediately before even understanding what my needs were. Name, address, phone number and the corny “would today at 2 work or would tomorrow at noon be better for you”!When I called these guys I was greeted warmly and transferred to a representative that made me feel like more than a commission check. That’s what lead me to setting an appointment and proceeding with the repairs.From start to finish I knew I made the right decision. Great customer service, great repairs, and a fair value. Now, because of that I do have a trusted roofer on speed dial.Thanks guys! I hope I never need your services again, but if I do, you’ll be my first call!
Hailco Roofing was an excellent and simple company to work with. We were actually out of town when they showed up one week early to replace our roof.
