We had a great experience with this company installing our new Cool Roof System. From the start, the Project Manager (Josh Vaile) was excellent - very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain the process, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with everything before the work began.

The crew was punctual, hardworking, and did a great job keeping the area clean while they worked. The quality of the installation and their attention to detail really stood out. Overall, the entire process was smooth and professional, and we're very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

Let’s face it! No one ever wants to call a roofing company because it’s probably going to be expensive and you’re not sure if the work is going to be done correctly or not.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a trusted roofer on speed dial nor did any of my friends, so I did what any normal person would do… I googled it.

I made a few calls before I came across Hailco. The reason I chose them was because every company I called prior was determined to set an appointment immediately before even understanding what my needs were. Name, address, phone number and the corny “would today at 2 work or would tomorrow at noon be better for you”!

When I called these guys I was greeted warmly and transferred to a representative that made me feel like more than a commission check. That’s what lead me to setting an appointment and proceeding with the repairs.

From start to finish I knew I made the right decision. Great customer service, great repairs, and a fair value. Now, because of that I do have a trusted roofer on speed dial.

Thanks guys! I hope I never need your services again, but if I do, you’ll be my first call!

Here's a company you can trust. Jay Adrion the Project Manager, Abigail Lebsock, Project Coordinator and Paul Gannon, Production Manager, kept us informed and updated throughout the process. On the day of installation when an issue with a solar water heater was encountered, Paul worked to find a solution for us with no additional out of pocket cost or delay. What a great team! Hailco Roofing is reliable, trustworthy, and handled our roof replacement with the highest quality of customer service. Tanner and Marlene kept us updated on every aspect of this streamlined experience. The skilled technicians arrived on time, explained the work, and used the highest quality materials and the latest techniques. The best part is now we don’t have to listen to the high pitched squeal that our old whirlybird roof turbine ventilator made whenever there were high winds.

Their warranty on workmanship and products was top notch and we couldn’t be happier with the streamlined experience from start to finish. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
