Generally the people i worked with would not respond to texts or phone calls. But inwas surprised how responsive Nicole was. She was very helpful to make sure my yard was up-to-date and was no longer a problem with the city.
I had a bad feeling from the start. A guy from the company pulled up in a rental truck to give me an estimate and asked ME for a ladder lol. He wasn't prepared but took some pictures for his boss and asked to come back another time so his drone could take some measurements. He did come back and did just that but then gave me a run around for an estimate. I left a couple text messages and also a voicemail..no response. A waste of my time..3 weeks in total. I swear something is in the Pennsylucky air. No one wants to work up here..and forget about getting them to even show up to give you an estimate when it comes to construction. Sad..but this is today's generation.
They came out to view the property for an estimate. I never received a quote even after speaking to them multiple times about not receiving the quote. It has been a few weeks and still have not heard from them. Stay away use a more reliable company.
