Absolute Quality Roof Restoration

My ceiling started leaking, and I was able to get in contact with Trent the same day. He came out promptly to take a look and did a thorough inspection of the roof, checking every possible area that could be causing the leak. He truly went above and beyond. I am really glad I came across him and would highly recommend his work.

Trent and his company did an outstanding job for my house and 4 neighbors, completing it on budget, in less time that estimated, and very high quality work. Truly met and exceeded our expectations. It was very fortunate that we came across this company; and it was the best of 5 bids. My neighbors and I could not be any happier. Recommend them most highly.

We had a great experience with Absolute Quality Roof Restoration. They handle all roof types from traditional pitch to flat membrane roofs. We had a roof in our townhouse flat roof. We called and got quotes for a few different places, but many places did not have the experience/familiarity to work on flat roofs. To add complications, there was a floating deck on the roof as well. Trent was able to stop the immediate leak and get us on their busy schedule. They removed a half wall, replaced failing hardy board siding, cut and replaced rotted areas, repatched the membrane, installed a new roof entryway, and replaced the floating deck with new composite material. Trent and his team have the skills and experience in not just all roofing types, but many adjacent trades as well. They were a convenient, quality, and professional one stop shop for our roof needs. We would highly recommend Absolute Quality Roof and Restoration.

I highly recommend Absolute Quality Roof Restoration. Trent installed a new TPO roof for my condominium building in 2019. After a recent ice storm I noticed a drain leaking. I called Trent about it on a Saturday and he was out to inspect it on Sunday morning. Recommend him to others looking for a new roof.

Trent is experienced and knowledgeable about roofing restoration, he is an incredibly kind human being! One of our master bathroom wall's paint started showing up bubbles after some heavy rain recently. Our metal roof had a leakage around our master bathroom vent's rubber boot before, so we were suspecting the same problem came up since that side of the roof faces west, and sealants may crack after a while. I called around to a couple of companies about roof repair, and Trent returned my call that same day afternoon. He came by that day to assess the situation, identified a couple of other things that could be improved, and gave us a reasonable quote. Based on weather pattern, we were able to start the job later that week. During the job, Trent was communicative and easy to work with. He not only re-sealed a few rubber boots on our roof with high quality sealant, he also painted them to match our roof color without being asked to make them aesthetically pleasing! He replaced screws and grommets on some panels, and added a piece of L-shaped metal to cover an exposed area of the metal roof to avoid rain to enter with side-way strong winds. It was our fault that we didn't secure our cat on our patio during the job, and it ran away mid-way through. Trent was very kind and patient with me while I was looking for our cat, and he continued with the work. We finally found our cat in our neighbors' backyard, and Trent waited for me all this time to talk me through everything he did before finishing up his day! We greatly appreciate and highly recommend Trent's great roof restoration expertise and execution, who is very easy to work with.
