Excellent customer service! Very professional, honest, and reliable people. I received many quotes and spoke with several contractors, but none impressed me like MEGATOIT. Clear explanations, product demonstrations, and especially a demonstration of the installation process (extremely important for TPO), with before and after drone photos. They were recommended to me by several neighbors, and now I understand why. We sleep soundly, and I highly recommend them! Thank you for everything, Jimmy!

My experience with Mégatoit is too good to be true!
The company completely replaced my roof in 2015 (TPO membrane). Excellent service even back then.
I called them four weeks ago for an inspection to check my roof's watertightness after heavy rains. They came the very next day. During the inspection, they identified a problem coming from an old chimney (so nothing to do with my roof). Although it wasn't their job, they removed the chimney, patched the roof, etc. The work required five visits. They were always on time, on the right day. Impeccable courtesy and flawless workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them or use their services again if needed. Thank you again for everything! It's so rare these days.
