We love our Blue and Blue roof! Everyone was professional and courteous all through the process. Communications with the team were responded to quickly and the crew who did the installation were extremely friendly and simply amazing from set-up to clean-up. We are very grateful for the experience and will refer Blue and Blue whenever possible.
I can't say enough good things about the entire team. Nobody wants to spend the money to replace a roof but if you do, might as well have it done right and have it look great. Francis was quick with the estimate and walking me through what I need, what I don't need and factors to consider. He was very responsive. Juan came out to do the project walk around and talked me through everything that I had forgotten and did a follow up after the roof was replaced, one of the nicest people to work with. And of course, Jose's team did a great job. All of my criteria was checked, they did a great job with clean up (very important) and the installation looks beautiful and is well done. The office staff and everyone else whose names I've forgotten (I apologize) were also great and easy to deal with. Can't recommend them enough.
Was very happy with their work. They redid a section of previously poorly installed torch down (put in by who knows, was supposed to be a brand new good when we bought the house.)They are very knowledgeable and have a supervisor come out and check the work at the end of the job. They fix anything that person finds. I would absolutely recommend.

The project manager had good, practical suggestions for aspects of the replacement job that we didn't think of. We were left with a feeling that Blue & Blue has a true intent to provide outstanding customer service and an excellent level of craftsmanship.
