Michael Teiman of North Creek Roofing came out to do an inspection when I discovered my upstairs bathroom had a leak in the ceiling, a sign of a deteriorating roof that needed a replacement. He was a pleasure to work with. Conducted a thorough assessment by going into the attic, testing with a moisture meter, going onto the roof, taking pictures and reviewing them with me. Answered my many questions with patience and provided a fair proposal that reflected what other reputable roofing companies were estimating. Ultimately, we chose a competitor due to referrals but had we chosen North Creek Roofing, our roof replacement project would have been in good hands.

I had the great pleasure of working with Michael Teiman. He went through a great show and tell of different products that go into a roof replacement and how installation can vary depending on roof and shingle type.

We were replacing a 35 year old cedar shake roof and wanted to get something similar, and the 50 year presidential really popped and the warranty that north creek provides is amazing. He took photos of our roof along with a drone to get an accurate measurement of the roof faces as well as the gutter line. The other great thing about north creek is they also do gutters and have good bundling discounts with the roof, we had a bunch of issues with our existing gutters so this was a great convenience.

The project went by rather flawlessly, the dumpster coming in on time and thoughtfully placed out of the way, the crew worked tirelessly for over a week with all the demo, redecking, upgraded venting, and everything else. I had found a new things I wanted addressed, but little did I know they had their own quality assurance crew that addressed everything I was concerned about (mainly some siding that was damaged due to replacement flashing) and found more than I even saw and got the roof and house looking great.

The gutter crew also did awesome, I had all of this installed in July and now it’s after the atmospheric river and the gutters no longer leaked or backed up, it’s fantastic.

Overall great experience, there were so many checkups and permitting and whatnot that you can’t help but feel taken care of.

I’m very happy with my new gutter system and okay paying a little extra for North Creek Roofing to install quality gutters with a wide selection of colors to choose from. I was looking for a business that offered a warranty and not a DIY contractor with a truck, a product warranty, good customer service and has been in business for many years. Delorean, the salesman, was a pleasure to work with and knowledgeable about our roof as well. I’m thrilled there was no high pressure sales involved! The crew was helpful with a couple add-on repairs, too! I recommend North Creek Roofing for gutters. Thank you so much.
