We had hargrove roofing come do our roof. They did a pretty good job on the roof. Unfortunately if you have them do your roof. Keep an eye on their employees. One of their employees went out and walked around my deer feeder and around my property, WITHOUT my permission. Still haven't received anything from them that the job is complete and the money we had paid out of pocket has been paid in full. I got emailed warranty info. Said to follow instructions to register for the warranty. Well in the things that were attached to the email and the email itself, there were no instructions. I emailed them about it and still no response. So all in all folks, DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!Reply.....I never said it was the project manager. If you had read the post ( which i believe you didnt) you would see it was one of the workers. And you dont need pictures of my entire property including the woods. your employees have no right to walk around my property except for around the house where you were doing the work. You weren't doing work in the woods or needed anything out there. So yes it was trespassing and your worker should not have been out there. And it funny that now you want me to call so you can make things right after I gave you a bad review. To late for that. You should have taken care of things from the beginning.
Outstanding job all around. From the first contact from Kenneth to the PM Daniel and last but not least the crew owner Lorenzo. What a well oiled machine like crew. Complete tear off and install of 51 square in 8 hours. Roof looks awesome and you can’t even tell that they were even here. I would highly recommend this group and Hargrove for your roofing needs.
