Called GreatWay Roofing for a roof inspection due to a leaking sliding glass window below the roofline. We didn't know where the leak was coming from so thought it best to start at the top of the house. Tim came out and gave a free inspection of the existing roof of my Simi Valley home. He arrived early and called first to make sure it was ok for him to come to the home ahead of schedule, something both I, and my tenant, really appreciated. After the inspection he called to let me know that the roof was in great shape and that he wouldn't touch it at all. I can't even begin to express how much I appreciated his honesty. He also answered all my questions, and answered the phone immediately to answer another when I realized I had forgotten one.Although I don't need roof company now, you can bet that GreatWay Roofing will be the first company that I call when I do. There customer service is top notch from start to finish. From Austin that answered the phone to make the appointment, to Tim that came out to do the inspection. Friendly, polite, informative and honest. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.
These guys were the best! They always do what they say they're going to do from showing up on time, to giving you an estimate of the cost and project time frame, to keeping you informed every step of the way with videos. From the office, to the estimator, to the workers everyone was wonderful and wanted to do what would make us happy. They even cleaned up everyday before they left so that there was no mess for us to deal with. The price was very fair, though you could probably find somebody to do it cheaper for you. But we did that last time, and the job was not done well at all. That's what we're all afraid of: having roofers who don't do a good job but you don't know about it because you can't climb up there to see what's going on. With these guys, they want to do everything the way it should be done. We definitely recommend GreatWay!

I received daily videos at the end of each day showing the progress. GreatWay roofing was excellent all the way through. There were no surprises. Tim did a great job with the estimate. He explained to me how much more I could expect the price to go up from the estimate due to permits and wood replacement. I paid exactly what I thought I was going to end up paying. Marcos and his crew were outstanding with the roof. They were on time everyday and worked hard all the way through even with the heat. They painted all the vents and pipes so that it would match the roof which is something I was not expecting. I was very impressed with their work and commitment to this job. I would highly recommend them to anyone that asked. Thank you
