The team that installed our roof did a fantastic job—so professional from start to finish! As an engineer, I usually like to fix things myself, but roofing is definitely something I wanted experts to handle. Jaden, their representative, took extra time to answer all my questions and explain every part of the process. He even pointed out some roof details I hadn’t noticed before, which made me confident they’d get it right. Before the roofing crew started, skilled carpenters came out and handled some prep work, which showed real attention to detail. The team worked quickly and efficiently, removing the old roof and only replacing plywood where it was actually needed. The new roof looks amazing! After the job was done, Jaden made sure the whole area was spotless—even running a magnet over the yard to pick up stray nails. We are extremely happy with our experience using this roofing company! From the start, they called us back right away, which we really appreciated since other companies didn’t respond as quickly. We had a pretty involved roofing project that included installing a brand new roof, adding a skylight, replacing trim boards, updating gutters, and putting on new shutters for our older home. Jaden came out to inspect our house and took the time to clearly explain all the roofing options available, making sure we understood how everything could be handled. Shortly after, we received a thorough and detailed estimate. The crew finished the new roof in just one day, and they made sure to clean up the area after each stage of work. They were considerate of our tenants and neighbors, minimizing any disruption throughout the process. All the workers were very skilled, careful, and had a positive attitude, which made the whole project go smoothly. Our house looks fantastic now, and we’ve received lots of compliments from friends and neighbors. The roof is solid—no leaks at all! They communicated directly with my insurance agent and managed to get my entire roof replacement approved. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this roofing company in Simi Valley. From start to finish, their professionalism and quality of work were outstanding. Jaden and the rest of the crew were on time every morning, getting started bright and early, and worked hard each day until the evening. They installed a beautiful metal roof on my historic home, and I keep getting compliments from neighbors about how great it looks and how it really completes the classic style of my 'old lady' house. During the project, they discovered several old layers of roofing that needed to be removed before they could put on the new roof. Even though this added a couple of extra days to the job, the team handled it without any complaints and just kept working with great attitudes. After meeting with several roofing companies, we decided to go with Top Gillmeister Roofing and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Colby, Jaden, and the rest of the crew first walked us through everything on our roof and helped us pick out the right shingles and gutters for our home. They started the roofing job right on schedule and completed the whole project in just about four days. One part of our roof is flat, and they installed a rubber membrane that looks fantastic. The team was very easy to communicate with and worked around our schedule, even while we had some electrical work happening at the same time. If you need roofing work in Simi Valley, I highly recommend them!
