I recently had a Tilcor metal roof installed, and the whole process went really smoothly. The roofing crew finished the job in just one day, and the new roof looks fantastic. I’m very happy with the results. Clarence, the supervisor, was excellent to work with—he was very helpful and made sure to answer all of our questions throughout the project. There was a small issue with a piece near the gutters, but Clarence had someone from the team contact me right away. Lucas came out quickly and took care of it without any hassle. I truly appreciate the professionalism and quick response from everyone involved. The team made sure everything was done right, and I would definitely work with them again if I ever need more roofing work. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my new roof and the service I received.

They clearly explained all my roofing options, shared the benefits of different materials, and went over the project timeline without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Clarence, who helped us with the estimate, really listened to what we needed and made sure all our questions were answered. We took our time making decisions, and Clarence was patient throughout the whole process. When I needed to reschedule the installation earlier because of a personal situation, Kai in the office was friendly and went above and beyond to make it work for us. On the day of installation, Lucas, the site supervisor, kept us updated every step of the way. He explained the work as it happened and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. The roofing crew was fantastic—definitely one of the hardest working teams I’ve seen. They made sure to protect our plants and outdoor furniture and cleaned up so well that the yard looked even better than before. The new shingles look fantastic and the quality of the work really shows. I’m extremely happy with the whole experience and would rate them even higher if I could.
