They did great work on my roof 2 years ago, however they never finished the soffets or downspouts. I have called 50 times in that 2 years and the latest excuse is that Charisse won’t let her gutter guy do a site visit without her here, as well. (Who does that?) I’ve heard every excuse in the book. She won’t communicate with her front office staff, so all Kathy (yes, I’ve called so much I know her name) can do is try to make excuses for a micro-managing, ineffective leader. The last straw was this morning. I called again and asked why I hadn't been called back this time, but Ms. Yanney assured Kathy that, not ONLY had she called, but we had worked everything out. Total lie. 2 years of waiting for them to do approved work that included siding a small garage. 2 years of rain and snow falling straight off my roof and onto my foundation. I could not be more disgusted with Charisse Yanney. She has proven to be a worthless leader, an ineffective micro-manager and a liar. To be clear, the work that WAS done, was done very well. It’s the follow up work that apparently isn’t worth Charrise’s time. What a way to run a business (into the ground).

Two trucks pulled up to do my roof in Early, Iowa filled with Hispanic workers that were meticulous, uniform, focused and in a time I could hardly believe, finished the most beautiful roof in one day! I have a small 1950s one story house and they completely cleaned up all trace of their mess. Very very impressed! Now I want my house sided.

Guaranteed roofing installed our roof. Once snow came, anytime snow began to thaw, there was a leak that caused water damage in 2 places in our home. One ruined a ceiling and wall, the other area has made a hole in the ceiling.
Upon calling them to help, they sent guys out to check it out and “fix” the roof about 3 days later. The men had to return several times because every time water thaws, the leak comes back.
The leak is where the roof meets the flat roof, and despite “fixing it” several times, it leaked again the next year.
They don’t guarantee that. We called back and forth several times and they didn’t directly answer for weeks, but eventually said they won’t pay to fix the interior destruction the leak caused, and all we can do is keep calling them anytime it does leak and they will look at it again.
The biggest issue is it continues to leak when snow melts, so we cannot fix the interior ceiling and wall until the leak is fixed.
We’ve found a different roofing company to assist.
