Choosing Advanced Roofing to install the new roof on my home following Hurricane Zeta has been such a blessing! After receiving nothing but lackluster responses or exorbitant quotes from local roofing companies, I expanded my search radius and contacted Bob Bergens and his company, Advanced Roofing.The next day, Bob made a two-hour drive to Ocean Springs, MS, to provide me with a free estimate in person! Bob offered the most competitive quote, but even more importantly to me, it was clear he had a lot of knowledge and experience in roofing and was sincerely interested in completing the job. Bob was always easy to reach by email and text, and he patiently answered my questions and helped guide me in selecting the right materials for my home. Throughout the entire process, Bob always kept me informed with proactive status updates on materials, scheduling, etc.On installation day, Bob was able to show me some items we had budgeted for that we could now see weren't actually needed, saving me over $600. Bob also identified that I did not have any ridge vents (which every other roofer quoted as needing replacement, but never even mentioned they weren't present in the first place). Bob's team installed new ridge vents and went the extra mile to blend them seamlessly with the high-profile ridge caps I had selected. Bob's crew arrived early in the morning and worked diligently throughout the day, neatly cleaning up everything once the job was finished. I'm beyond pleased with the top-notch materials, quality workmanship, and outstanding customer service from Advanced Roofing.
