So many of the same themes come up again and again in integrating high-performance building project: technical and material expertise, each situation is unique, coordination (or lack of) across trades, importance of iterative design build. They were highly knowledgeable about the whole process, had great ideas and were flexible when we needed to make a change in the plan.
