Pro Shingle were wonderful folks to work with. They did an excellent job, got on it right away and had it done quickly, but very professionally. I've never had a problem with my roof since and it still looks great! Jerry was wonderful as well, very kind & knowledgeable of the whole process. I was scared when I had to call to get my roof repaired after a storm, but they made me trust in businesses & their owners again, as they took care of every step of the way for me! I was selling my house & had a new roof installed a few weeks before it was to go on the market. The install seemed to be fine, except the workers kept at it until 10:00 p.m. at night, disturbing the neighbors & my kids/newborn baby. We had several issues post installation, that they kept saying would subside. My inspection reports from the buyer had issues with the roof installation. After coming out twice to do actual repairs that were needed/sited, they tried to force me to say I would not call them back out at all. I refused to say that, just that I wouldn't as long as there were no further issues. Now 5 months later the new buyer is having the same issues with the roof, nail pops.
