I would have to say Destiny and Nikki were the best! They both literally went out of their way to do anything I asked or found answers to any of my questions. We spent 8 months total, going back and forth with the insurance company trying to get this roof fixed. It was an adventure but it was well worth the wait! They did a beautiful job all throughout the process. The roofing crew had amazing attention-to-detail. Everyone had their own task and they produced! The clean up crew and tarping was incredible and I wouldn’t recommend anyone, to anyone else.
Dan Russell was great.I also worked with Jordan Fox and Destiny and everyone helped us get the needed repairs done. Dan came in at the end of our process and he was great at communication and if we needed answers he did not have, he made sure he did the research to find out what we needed.
Southern Roofing & Renovations exceeded expectations replacing my roof and renovating parts of my house as a result of severe storm damage. I reached out to the Regional Manager, Michael Moore and he assured me that they would take care of me. Michael assigned Alex Harkavy to walk me through the process. Alex went above and beyond. SR&R met with the Farm Bureau inspector and explained my part of the payment. Filing the insurance claim was simple. Alex and his crew of 7 guys were so kind and professional. They arrived at 6:50am and didn’t leave until 8:45pm with minimal breaks. I appreciated that the team lead communicated every move multiple times via text with pics for my approval. The progress reports were very comforting. Alex was answering my questions before I could ask. The follow through of this crew was unbelievable. Every guy knew his job and they worked independently, non-stop with efficiency. They inspected my repairs and checked for loose nails in my yard and flower beds three separate times. The attention-to-detail to cover my pool, flowerbeds and patio was excellent. They covered my windows and doors with big sheets of plywood to prevent damage. The insurance covered the cost to replace my roof and to seal the window in the attic that was leaking because of wind damage. I paid out of pocket for them to install a ridge vent and hand paint four eave vents and it wasn’t very expensive. They touched up paint where the sun rusted the attic window and reinforced the nails in flashing. The clean-up was FLAWLESS.
Mike was great. Easy to talk to and kept me updated on the entire process. He even was able to move our install date entire week back due to us having a newborn. He asked us what donuts we liked and on the day of install he brought them to us. We really appreciate what he’s done. Highly recommend Southern Roofing!

When we had the inspection done these guys were very detailed and made sure we were understanding on what was going on. We absolutely love our new roof!
