Great communication by the whole team throughout the entire process, especially by Chad, who was the project manager. Everyone always arrived on time or earlier, and seemed to be very efficient with the work that was done. Roof tear-off and install was completed in 1 day. Very nice job with cleaning up site when project completed. We appreciated update texts with photos showing progress as the job moved along. The whole team was friendly, courteous, and they didn’t mind answering questions as they came up. I’d highly recommend Schoenherr Roofing to friends. Pricing seemed competitive for today’s market, and included house and garage roof replacement. Job well done!
We had an awesome experience with Schoenherr Roofing this past week. After getting 8 different quotes, they exceeded our expectations from start to finish.Nate (sales) was transparent and never pushy, Chad (project manager) kept everything running smoothly, and Romeo (foreman) and the crew did excellent work. The roof looks great. There was a small issue after completion, and they sent Romeo back out the very next day to fix it — no hassle at all.Very professional, great communication, and high-quality work. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!
Excellent work on my roof and gutters. The crew was quick and knowledgeable, everyone from Ed in sales and the project manager Chad were responsive to any questions and kept me apprised at each stage of the project. Very reasonable price, quality workmanship. Highly recommend.
We started with Powers Roofing then Victor's but decided to get a 3rd quote from Schoenherr and were very glad we did. Without disclosing any prices what I can tell you is the quotes went down in the order listed and we never disclosed the other quotes until after we chose who to go with. Each of the 1st 2 did the typical sale of "going out to the car to check with the Boss if a better deal could be had", not Schoenherr, they came in, made their presentation and what they quoted was considerably lower. Many say you get what you pay for but we felt Schoenherr used quality Owen's Corning products and they beat the others even though we upgraded the shingles and underlayment.Our project was a tear off with new decking on the house but not the garage area. The garage ended up needing 3 sheets but they include up to 5 and they ended up using less sheets on the house so we are getting a refund for those.The Crew arrived at 7:30am on the first day and proceeded to put tarps and sheets of particle board all around to protect various parts of the house and windows, we also have a 12x4 foot goldfish pond in the backyard which was well protected. They had to shovel snow off the roof then began tearing shingles off then decking. As they tore off the decking they started putting the new decking up. By the end of the day they had all the new wood on and ice shield 6' up the perimeter and their Premium really thick and tough underlayment up the rest of the way. The back of the house has a low slope, a 4, so they used ice shield on the entire back 700 square feet to prepare for the shingles. They were there until 6:30pm.On day 2 the Crew was back at 7:30am again and got right to it. I went outside at 8am to move a car and they already had several rows of shingles across the front and a good start on the back and garage. The house is a Cape Cod style with 2 dormers and 2500 square feet of roof(so 25 squares but actually 27 with waste) They were finished and completely cleaned up by 2pm. Our Salesman was Awesome Austin, our Project Manager was Confident Courteous Chad and the Work Crew Team was led by Laborious Luis!Overall we are very pleased and would recommend Schoenherr Roofing.
What an amazing roofing company!! They are all great workers and so thoughtful! Austin our first contact, the one who gave us the quote and crawled up in our attic, to Korey Reyelts, our project manager, where just the best young men. Romeo and his crew worked in crazy, very cold weather and got our roof looking amazing!! Such love for the job they do! I would highly recommend all three for your next roofing job!!
