Fernando, Carlos, and Jose, the three brothers who own the company, along with their entire staff, were fantastic to work with from day one. They were professional, down-to-earth, and clearly take a lot of pride in what they do.
The crew showed up on time every day, kept the site clean, and did an outstanding job with the roof. The quality of their work speaks for itself. They also made safety a top priority, holding morning safety meetings daily and making sure everything was done the right way.
Communication was excellent the entire time. They kept us in the loop and made sure we understood what was happening at each stage of the project. It’s rare to find a contractor that checks all the boxes: honest, affordable, reliable, and just really good at what they do.

Avoid Giant Roofing – Unreliable & Unprofessional

I had a terrible experience with Giant Roofing and would strongly caution others against using them. My HOA called them out to my property twice, and both times, they showed up, took photos, and promised to return the next day with a crew. They never came back. No calls, no explanations—just complete disregard for their own commitments.

When I followed up with their office to ask why they hadn’t returned, the receptionist assured me she would look into it. We ended the conversation on good terms, yet shortly after, I was told by her boss that they would no longer be returning, falsely accusing me of being irate and aggressive—completely untrue and frankly, gaslighting. Instead of addressing their failure to follow through, they chose to shift blame and cancel service entirely.

Giant Roofing clearly can’t handle being questioned about their lack of professionalism. If you need a reliable roofing service that follows through on their commitments, look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache.

Giant Roofing:
We had an entire new roof done recently and I want to give a huge shout out to Giant Roofing.

We had new ice and shield underlayment paper done and new tiles and a new fabricated chimney cap.

Jose was incredibly easy to work with and communicated everything I needed to know and was always available for my questions. Such a great professional guy. We’d have a conversation about something I needed and go over multiple things, he listened without taking notes, and not once did he ever forget anything, including the details, excellent organizational skills.

Fernando was our foreman and is just as great as Jose. He too always answered my questions with patience and communicated with me as needed. He was always checking in with me. Friendly & knowledgeable as can be. Of course coming out on two separate Saturdays really did impress me.

The roofers worked extremely hard, even during that long heat wave we had. It was miserably hot. Through it all, everyone had a smile with a morning greeting.

Lupe who answers the phone and much more was always professional and never let me down if I needed information. Very helpful and always kind.

Not once did I ever get the runaround. Their customers satisfaction is important and they showed me that was true.

They were super with the fact we were also doing new stucco on entire house and new windows. Because of this, Giant Roofing and other companies had to work in phases, sometimes working simultaneously. I didn’t have a contractor to organize it all, I did it myself and had no problems, they were all cooperative and very helpful and never a complaint.

* They arrived on time every day Monday-Friday

* Fernando our foreman brought me tile samples on a Sat so my husband could see too (he offered Saturday, I didn’t request) Impressed.

* Portable potty brought and took away daily.

* They covered our driveway to protect it when needed.

* Fernando came on a different Sat to help with a special need with a corner of flashing for the new gutter (again he suggested Sat, I didn’t request) Impressed.

* During the local fire, we had to evacuate and couldn’t have vendors inside our community, no complaints to delay work, only concern for us and others

This is a local family business, licensed of course with Nevada Contractors Board, insured. They work hard and truly want their customers to be happy. We are.

Forgot to say the most important, roof looks great, no leaks and we’ve had rain and snow since.

Highly recommend.
