I was incredibly happy with my experience with Apex Roofing. I received a notice from my insurance company that my roof needed to be replaced with a pretty quick turnaround time. We had several companies come out and give quotes, and although the prices were roughly the same, the experiences weren't even comparable. Jake from Apex was by far the most thorough, explaining what needed to be done with my roof from shingles, to ventilation, to likely surprises. He took way more time with me than the other contractors did, and it immediately made me feel more confident about choosing him. Most importantly, however, was Jake's follow through. Unlike the other contractors that came out, Jake kept every single promise he made me and followed through. If he said I would have a quote the next day, I got it the next day. If he said they were going to send paperwork over in a few minutes to sign, I got it a few minutes later. There were no surprises, and he was never anything other than professional and transparent. They were able to schedule the install and get it completed in a day. He was also incredibly flexible working around my schedule. For a situation I was not terribly excited about, Jake made it about as painless as was possible. I strongly recommend Apex Roofing.

Apex roofing was so great to work with. I called about 10 other roofing companies and got multiple quotes before deciding to go with them. What set them apart was Bryan, the estimator. He was way more thorough with his inspection prior to giving me a quote. They also fixed a couple non-traditional roofing issues for me and were able to replace our roof in a very timely fashion. They were upfront about all costs so when all was said and done, there were no surprises.The contractors worked diligently and cleaned up afterwards and left the place nicer than before they came. I’m very impressed with their communication and workmanship. I highly recommend using them for replacing your roof/gutters.
Exceptional job. Super fast .workers friendly and very diligent competent. Done in 2 days start to finish. Not a scrap of debris left anywhere. No shrub damage. It’s like the new roof just appeared done on the house almost overnight it seemed. Wow. What more can I say! Amazing job. Just mind blowing!!
We had a great experience with Apex Roofing. Our old roof began to leak, and Pete was able to come out very quickly to evaluate it. This was a relief as it can be difficult to find contractors that serve Pullman, WA. He was a pleasure to work with and kind enough to patch our roof at no cost to stop continued water damage until his team could come out to do a full replacement. Communication was excellent— he took the time to explain the pros and cons of each roofing option and discuss which would work best for our home in particular. Work began quickly and was completed quickly, all went smoothly, and the roof looks fantastic! We’ve had our new roof for over a year now and it’s as good as ever.
