They made sure the house was very protected at all times and cleaned up real good every day. The job was completed exactly on schedule. The whole Alpine team was great and site manager Dave did a thorough final walkthrough to make sure we completely satisfied. Even our neighbors were so impressed they to have signed up for new roofs with Alpine.

Alpine was fantastic from start to finish. They were 1 of 3 bids we put out and were the most comprehensive, had great customer service and options for our repair / replacement. Ben was great in helping us work with our insurance through the storm damages. When we decided to go ahead and fully replace, he was helpful with the payment and financing. Our project manager, Dave, and his crew were efficient and great to work with. Dave kept us apprised of materials, set up and workers coming and going as well as permitting requirements. The finished job looks beautiful and I know this roof will last us many many years. We couldn’t recommend Alpine more!

In the end, Ben helped fine-tune our project needs (use of superior materials, new roof with extra vents, new skylights, leak repairs, heat tape installation) and offered 0% financing that sealed the deal. Dave and Javier’s roofing team were prompt, kind, hardworking, and highly skilled at their trade. It was the most professional experience we have ever had in hiring trades to our homes over the many years of home ownership. You could tell they saw the customers’ needs as priority and were willing to do whatever it took for a positive experience and final outcome. Their crew worked quickly and efficiently, and we were really impressed by how smooth the whole process was. The project manager kept us updated throughout the job with pictures and progress reports, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.
